Conduct discovery and closing calls with pre-qualified career coaching prospects
Assess career goals, professional challenges, skill gaps, and motivation for change
Present career coaching programs with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Guide prospects through high-ticket enrollment decisions with integrity
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and product education
