As a Trading Sales Closer, you will speak with individuals who are actively exploring ways to build trading skills, improve financial literacy, and create more control over their income. This role is ideal for experienced closers who thrive in performance-based environments, value clear frameworks, and can confidently guide prospects through high-ticket investment-in-education decisions.
You’ll work with warm, qualified leads who have already shown interest in trading or market education. Your responsibility is to lead structured, consultative conversations that assess goals, risk tolerance, and commitment—then enroll the right candidates into trading mentorship or education programs. Conduct discovery and closing calls with pre-qualified trading education prospects
Assess prospect goals, experience level, risk mindset, and commitment to learning
Present trading programs clearly, confidently, and compliantly
Guide prospects through high-ticket enrollment decisions with professionalism and integrity
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Accurately track conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
Stay aligned with compliance guidelines and approved messaging
Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, and performance coaching
Collaborate with leadership and education teams to improve sales outcomes and client fit
